Ian VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) connectivity to users for online privacy and secure connections. Registration is required to use the Service. We offer both free and paid accounts. We do not collect personal information during registration beyond what is necessary to create an account, unless you voluntarily provide it.
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information only to the extent required and to keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service does not permit users to post or upload content. There is no user-generated content feature and hence no moderation or content rules apply.
We may offer paid subscription options, including recurring or short-interval billing such as weekly fees. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to our billing terms at the time of purchase.
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity. You remain responsible for compliance with local laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service. Using a VPN may be illegal or restricted in certain countries — you are responsible for understanding and complying with those laws.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access at all times. Occasional downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions may occur. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service, but we are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ian Network LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Ian Network LLC, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or illegal activity. You may close your account by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
